But, as of late, designers have been getting a bit more creative, and we’re seeing an influx of odds and ends bearing logos you wouldn’t necessarily expect. There’s Bottega Veneta’s intrecciato AirPods cases, Fendi’s clip-on leather hand-sanitizer holders, Off-White’s acetate hairbrushes, and Prada’s lunch box made in collaboration with Black + Blum. And one of the most novel (and practical and reusable!) items we saw during the spring 2021 collections was the stylish water bottle and accompanying carrying case.
Fendi, Marine Serre, Alyx, and Givenchy are among the handful of designers who sent tricked-out vessels for your H2O down the runways last fall—even Collina Strada’s trademark rhinestone-clad bottles now come in a fresh assortment of colors and this season’s It pattern, the checker print. But perhaps it’s not so surprising that brands like Marine Serre and Collina Strada, both vocal proponents of sustainable practices in fashion, are offering accessories that help to reduce and prevent plastic waste.
If you haven’t already, it’s time to say so long to single-use plastics and opt for a reusable water bottle.
